Posted - 25 Jul 2012 : 15:36:17 Just before launching into this Encounter, there are a few things I'm not certain of:
1. On p.77[Ladders] and p. 81 [Petard] there is this phrase: "Two figures that are part of a Loose Formation may carry a ladder/petard..." Does this mean that those figures have to be a part of a Loose Formation of at least four figures; or that the two figures constitute their own Loose Formation?
2. Can the petardiers be drawn from any of the Witchfinder player's figures {i.e. they don't have to be trained)?
3. On p. 103 under 'Terrain' there is a sentence states: "Two gabions can be placed adjacent to the main path in front of Leechaman Manor." Does this mean the gabions can be placed in front of the manor's main gate; or, on either side of the path leading to the main gate?
Many thanks in advance. |

Posted - 02 Aug 2012 : 17:54:34 Hello Drusty, Sorry for the delay with replying to your questions. 1. Figures carrying a ladder or a petard normally have to be part of a loose formation of at least four figures. If this is not possible, perhaps due to a lack of surviving figures, players can adapt and use the rules for ‘carrying a weapons crate’ on page 88. 2. Petardiers can be drawn from any of the Witchfinder player’s figures. 3. Either side of the path leading to the main gate. I hope you enjoy ‘Storming the Manor’ and thanks for trying all of the encounters in the rulebook.
