I'm guessing Witchfinder General was written with 25/8mm figure in mind? Would there be any issue with using 15mm?

I have a dilemma. I've got 100s of 15mm Essex ECW figures, with some even painted, but no other 15mm monster like figures. OTOH, I've got a good selection of 28mm monsters.

So, while I know a skirmish level game like this would be better in 28mm, it sounds like it'd be cheaper to buy 15mm monsters than to buy 28mm ECW figures.

Thanks

Hello Black Cavalier,

A friend of mine was showing me his 15mm figures he had painted for use with this game, the general opinion was no worries with this.
The 15mm werewolves & witches were by a company called bluemoon.

Welcome to the forum, Black Cavalier. Great name!

There should be no reason why you can't use a different scale. It would be a bit negative to only allow for one scale and would reduce an intended audience. You may have to make some alterations to distances, probably using centimetres instead of inches being the simplest, but the rules would still work well.
