Opponent Finder
Opponent Finder: You can use this section of the forum to help find a like minded opponent to wargame with. If you live in the UK we recommend that you contact the Gaming Club Network (GCN) http://gaming-club-network.blogspot.co.uk/2011/04/club-contact-details_8402.html to find and use a wargaming club that has registered with them. Dashing Dice Games does not take responsibility for the safety or behaviour of anyone that uses this Opponent Finder facility, but we do want people to be safe. Please do not use this facility if you are under 18 years of age. In the unlikely event that a person who uses this facility may pose a danger or risk to others we respectfully ask adult wargamers to exercise caution too.
Do meet your new opponent in a public place and arrange to play your wargame in a public venue.
Do let another person know where you are going.
Do use public transport or your own personal transport to get to and from the wargaming venue.
Do not invite people you do not know to wargame in your own home or accept an invite to wargame in an unknown opponent’s home.
Please post your approximate location on the forum (i.e. your country, city or town) and if possible the public wargaming venue you would prefer to use.
Remember this forum is open to the public and do not share any information you would not want the local burglar or mugger to know about – just in case!
